The story of Jolie Olie’s Sweet Shoppe starts with family.

Growing up in a very large family meant there was always something cooking and the women in my family loved to cook. When I was a child I used to pour over cookbooks trying to find new recipes I wanted to try.

Attending culinary school was a natural next step. Being exposed to that creative atmosphere really helped bring my passion for creating delicious desserts to a new level. Seeing someone enjoying what I have baked for them brings me real joy.

As a fully licensed commercial baker, with the help of Ben and the kids, our family-owned and operated sweet shop continues that family tradition right here in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is my dream come true.
